Spa Policies

The spa is a relaxing escape from the outside world.
For your enjoyment please be courteous of our guests and therapists:

  • All services are by appointment only. Please call between the hours of 9am-5pm to schedule an appointment. Though there is a possibility that we can accommodate you on the same day – this is not guaranteed. Please call at least one to two days before you would like to come in and enjoy our services.
  • Please turn your cell phones off when entering the spa.
  • Please speak quietly in ALL areas of the spa.
  • All spa guests must be at least 16 years old.
  • Please leave valuables at home or in your hotel room safe.
  • A credit card is required to book all appointments to cover our 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • The spa is a non-smoking facility.
  • Sorry, there are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
  • We do not allow you to bring alcohol to the Spa. Alcohol is a contradiction to spa treatments and can affect you more than normal after treatment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee of 50% will be charged to your credit card if you miss your appointment or fail to cancel within our cancellation policy
